Lance M. Steenson - President
Lance founded Fivetwenty in 1999 on his own to provide basic services to associates and colleagues on a referral basis. At the time of Fivetwenty's founding, Lance was serving as an IT manager for OneWeb Systems, Inc., an Atlanta based web development firm. During Lance's tenure at OneWeb, he was responsible for expanding and modernizing the internal IT infrastructure to accomodate the aggressive growth felt by many of the web development firms at the time.
Lance also has provided IT services for the Environmental Health and Safety Office (EHSO) at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Lance's responsibilities at Fivetwenty include providing leadership to the rest of the team. He is very proactive and involved in every step of every project; priding himself on full knowledge of each solution Fivetwenty provides. Lance historically has been the primary point of contact for all of Fivetwenty's customers and continues to do so as Fivetwenty grows. He will continue to be highly available, a personal dedication of his, and believes strongly in leading the company both internally to employees and externally to clients.
Lance's experience as a Manager and Director of IT has become a solid asset to Fivetwenty. Although a small business, Fivetwenty's core infrastructure and IT initiative would give several businesses both large and small a run for their money. Lance has structured Fivetwenty's physical infrastructure and organizational makeup to offer the best possible service to our customers.

Justin Crossman - Executive Vice President & Creative Director
Justin became part of Fivetwenty in early 2004 and brought with him a base of customers and the excellent business skills he had acquired while building a successful web development business of his own.
Justin brings his experience as a small business owner and graphic artist to Fivetwenty to advise on day-to-day business matters and oversee the creative vision we have for our customers. It is equally important to provide an impressive design while remaining very user friendly, a skill Justin possesses and applies to every creative solution Fivetwenty offers.
Having an equally impressive set of skills as a web developer, Justin is able to apply the lessons learned in this field to every creative project Fivetwenty provides. The benefit: a fantastic creative solution within a development framework and without roadblocks as the solution moves into the development phase.

R. Anthony Ford - Vice President & Director of Development
Anthony joined Fivetwenty in 2001 as a senior web developer and quickly became Fivetwenty's authority with respect to web development. Anthony brings to Fivetwenty a unified development methodology when approaching any project, no matter how simple or complex.
While earning his Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Anthony was able to absorb the best practices and industry standards of others in his profession. By staying true to his life philosophy that a job worth doing is worth doing right, he continues to provide exceptional service based not on buzzwords and hype, but rather on the client’s needs and best interests.
Before coming to Fivetwenty, Anthony worked as an independent software developer for Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia Power, the State University System of Georgia, and a handful of other privately held companies.
