The customer is as good as the president of the company here at Fivetwenty.Fivetwenty always holds the customer in high regard and knows each of our existing customers on a first name basis, this will always be the case for future customers as well. Once we have established a relationship with a customer, we defer to "see ya later" and "take care" when closing out emails and the like. Our customers are our friends; we know each other well and work fantastically together.
With the economy struggling since 2001, especially in the high-tech and Internet sectors, it is very important to be honest and personable with customers and gain their trust. Fivetwenty believes very strongly in this principle and it shows in the ways that we deal with our customers:

- Everybody hates getting voicemail and at Fivetwenty if the phone rings 4 times then its 2 too many. Unless we are absolutely unavailable you can ALWAYS count on getting a friendly voice when you call, somebody that is ready to take care of you and treat you with respect - on your schedule.
- Hate sending a question or request only to not get an answer for days and sometimes never hear back at all? We hate it as well and at Fivetwenty we will always get back to you right away with at least a confirmation that we got your note, but often times with an answer to your question and/or resolution to your problem.
- If we haven't heard from you in a while you can bet that it's only a matter of time before we drop you a note or ring you up just to say "hi" and make sure all is well. Far too often, the only contact made to customers is to issue them their monthly invoice. We enjoy reassuring you that we are here watching your back, keeping an eye on your interests and making sure you know that all you have to do is get a hold of us by any means and we'll take care of you.
